Police say that when they arrived at the woman's apartment the lady was holding five carving knives. The officers on the scene told her to drop the knives, but she failed to release the weapons and advanced on the officers. The officers were then forced to use a taser on the woman.
The taser victim has not yet been charged but may face criminal charges. She is currently in the hospital as police report she has "mental issues."
