Meniers Disease

Meniers disease can be an acute or chronic condition. People suffering from this disease know how debilitating this disease can be. There is no known cure for meniers disease, there are however some suggestions which may help to alleviate the symptoms associated with this disease.

There are many symptoms associated with Meniers disease. There is no known cause of Menier's disease, there is no cure and there's not likely to be any near term cure. The disease is not life threatening, but as anyone suffering from the disease would know it's a very difficult disease to live with. Symptoms can include pressure or fullness in the ear, vertigo or dizziness, painful tinnitus, hearling loss, loss of balance.

Often there are "triggers" which bring on an attack of the dizziness or vertigo. Patients can sometimes go days, weeks or months without an attack. Others face these attacks more often. Once an attack happens it can last hours, days, or even weeks.
